We can deliver our products anywhere across Australia with Australia Post or other Courier Companies.

We offer FREE delivery to Sydney Metro Area for any orders over $60 and a very reasonable shipping cost to the NSW customers.

Delivery rate for NSW based on flat rate of $10 per every 25 kg of parcel's weight. Max weight of one parcel is 25kg, so you can combine up to 5 of 5L drums into one box of 25 kg or just one 25L drum. Please do not hesitate to send us an e-mail, if you have any questions about deliveries.

For Vic and Qld orders shipping cost is about $15 per every 25 kg, however you can e-mail us to have a proper shipping estimation, as deliveries to some remote areas may be very expansive.

For NT and WA orders shipping cost must be advised by us BEFORE ordering, because it may various from $30 to $75 per 25kg depending on your Post Code. Please don't hesitate to send us an inquiry BEFORE you place orders from NT and WA.

Please leave your name, delivery address and a phone number to contact for delivery purposes.
Deliveries done by couriers and can be only made to a physical address, no postal addresses, such as PO Box. 
Please leave your specific instructions what time or day of the week you prefer for delivery, alternatively please ensure you will be available to accept the goods between 8.00am and 5.00pm on the day of delivery.

Returns.

If, in the unlikely event, the products you receive are not to your total satisfaction, or, do not agree with the description provided, please contact us at www.cleaningproducts.net.au or 0408819390 , and we will forward a claim form. Please return the remaining unused product, along with your claim form within 7 days, to GoClean eStore for our prompt attention.
Once received, we will assess the claim form details, the product, and if found to be a reasonable complaint, or a faulty product, we will either, replace the product, or reimburse you for the product, and refund the cost of our freight to you. Please note; we do our best to ensure that goods are shipped in a merchantable condition, and cannot accept responsibility for handling encountered once a product has left our manufacturer's dispatch.
