Conditions of Use

Conditions of Sale.

1. Cancellation.

No cancellation of the Order will be accepted after delivery of the goods or after three (3) days from the date shown on the Purchaser's order.

2. Price and Payments.

- All prices are GST Exclusive, unless otherwise stated.
- All payments must be processed before delivery, unless COD conditions accepted.
- You can pay by Credit Cards - VISA or MasterCard - using PayPal, even if you don't have an account with PayPal.
- You also may pay by a Direct Bank Deposit into GoClean eStore Bank Account.
- COD (Cash On Delivery) Payment may be accepted for Sydney Metro customers ONLY.

3. Acceptance and Delivery.

- Unless otherwise specified the point of delivery of the goods shall be at the Purchaser's premises.
- The Purchaser shall inspect the goods immediately on the arrival thereof and shall notify the courier of any matters or things by reason whereof he may allege that the goods are not in accordance with the Order.

4. Delay in Delivery.

Delivery and availability dates are estimates and approximate only and although the Company will use its best endeavours to maintain these estimates no liability is accepted for delay from any cause whatsoever.
